No exchange, No refund.
For healthy and hygienic reasons, we have a no return policy on swimwear.
Once an item leaves our distribution center, we cannot bring it back as this item can never be available for sale again.
We want to protect you and our regular customers and make sure that these personal and private under garments are only worn once by one person only. Please be sure prior to your purchase.
Bikini Bay is very strict with this policy online and in all our stores. If you are not sure about your size, please email us at info@bikini-bay.com and we will be very happy to help you.
Exchange on non-swimwear items
We will exchange wraps, accessories, cover ups, t-shirts within 7 days after purchase date that have not been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way.
The exchange will only apply if non-swimwear item is returned in their original condition with all tags label in place. Shipping charges to be paid by the customer for exchange items
The exchange will apply for a store credit or different size.
Procedure
To exchange a non-swimwear item, please follow the below procedure:
1) Contact us via email to
info@bikini-bay.com with the item name described on the tag of your product.
2) Request a return form and enclose this form with a copy of your invoice received in the box of your purchase.
3) Ship your package with a traceable method for ensuring delivery.
